  The food is good. My family and I have been going to this restaurant since it first opened. We have always enjoyed going and the staff and manager have always been wonderful... until tonight. Never in my life have I seen a manager be so rude to customers. When we walked in tonight, we noticed several tables that were reserved so we found a table big enough to hold our party and made sure the table wasn't reserved. We were met by the manager and were immediately asked if we had a reservation. We informed her we didn't. She sighed, lost her smile and begrudgingly sat us at the unreserved table. Our whole party didn't understand why we were being treated like we shouldn't be there. We didn't think it was such a big deal since we were sitting at an unreserved table. My father even asked her if the restaurant had always been reservation only and she said yes, handed us our menus and walked off. What a nice welcome. Our waitress later informed us that they've been having problems with people coming in and trying to sit at reserved tables. Well, that didn't really apply to us nor was it a justification for the disrespect we were shown. Here's a tip... if the restaurant is reservation only or even strongly recommended... how about you put a sign up? Since the management has been having such a hard time managing incoming would-be customers... My family and I will gladly help her out. We won't be back.
